RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (CBS) - Andre Ethier went 0-for-2 in part of a rehab start with the Quakes in Rancho Cucamonga.
Ethier, who is returning from an oblique injury, played five innings in right field and was no help for the Quakes as they got shut out by the Inland Empire 66ers 7-0 on Wednesday night.
Ethier batted third in the lineup, struck out in the first inning and grounded out to short in the fourth.
Ethier will play one more game with the Quakes on Thursday and will rejoin the Dodgers Friday against the San Diego Padres.
