Ed Sheeran Confirms He's Married
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) —It's official: Ed Sheeran is hitched.
The British singer-songwriter confirmed in a radio interview that he recently married his childhood friend, Cherry Seaborn.
The "Shape of You" singer casually dropped the news while talking about the lyrics for his new song, "Remember My Name," a collaboration with Eminem and 50 Cent.
In the tune, Sheeran refers to Seaborn as "my wife."
The 28-year-old performer announced his engagement in January of last year.
