E! Online Reports Former 'CSI' Star Gary Dourdan Arrested
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — E! Online reports former "CSI" star Gary Dourdan was arrested in Los Angeles early yesterday after reportedly driving his car into several parked vehicles.
Dourdan, who played Warrick Brown on the show from 2000-2008, was arrested on suspicion of felony drug possession after allegedly trying to leave the scene of the crash when police arrived.
Dourdan posted bail and was released Monday afternoon.
The former model has had a run-in with the law before. He was arrested in Indio, Calif., in April 2008 after he was found asleep behind the wheel and allegedly in possession of heroin, cocaine and ecstasy. He reportedly copped a plea at that time to the cocaine and ecstasy and avoided prison by going through a drug diversion program.
When Dourdan was six, his older brother, then 26, was murdered while on vacation on Haiti. The care remains unsolved.
Dourdan, 44, has a July 7 court date on the new charges.
From 1992-1994, Dourdan was married to the supermodel Roshumba. He currently appears in the movie "Jumping The Broom."
