Dwight Howard Tweets Apology Following Ejection From Lakers' Final Game
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Dwight Howard apologized on Twitter Sunday night after getting ejected from what became the Los Angeles Lakers' last game of the season.
In his final game before free agency, Howard was kicked off the court early in the third quarter for a second technical foul for arguing with a referee.
The game ended with the San Antonio Spurs winning 103-82, sweeping LA in the opening round of playoffs.
Later that night, Howard apologized in a series of tweets:
Now an unrestricted free agent, Howard's future in Los Angeles remains unknown.
