Drowning Death Investigation Underway In Rowland Heights
ROWLAND HEIGHTS (CBSLA.com) — Authorities investigated the drowning death of a child on Monday in Rowland Heights.
Around 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, deputies were sent to the 18900 block of Betley Street for report of a drowning.
"The child, a 1-year-old male, was transported to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead," said Deputy Mike Barraza.
The victim's identity is being withheld pending family notification.
The investigation is ongoing.
