Driver Remains At Large Following Deadly Hit-And-Run In LA
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Authorities Friday continued to search for the driver of an older model Lexus allegedly involved in a fatal hit-and-run accident earlier this week.
The crash on Western Avenue and Vernon claimed the life of 50-year-old Tracy Louis Walker of Los Angeles.
The victim was walking in a crosswalk about 3:25 p.m. on Dec. 19 when she was struck by a dark colored vehicle, Los Angeles police said in a news release.
Walker was taken to an area hospital where she was pronounced dead.
