Donald Trump Sells 9-Bedroom Rancho Palos Verdes Home For $7.15M
RANCHO PALOS VERDES (CBS) — Donald Trump sold his 11,000-square-foot Rancho Palos Verdes home overlooking his golf course for $7.15 million, it was reported Sunday.
The nine-bedroom Mediterranean-style home on Trump National Golf Course was built in 2010 and features an infinity pool and a bar that is a replica of the one at the clubhouse, the Los Angeles Times reported.
The buyer was not disclosed.
Trump, 65, listed the home for $12 million last year. The New Yorker splits his time in Los Angeles between his home in Beverly Hills and his work in Rancho Palos Verdes, where he has completed five houses and sold three. The golf course community has lots for 75 homes.
Linda D'Ambrosi and Sandra Callen of Keller Williams, Rancho Palos Verdes, were the listing agents. Suzanne Dyer of Prudential California Realty represented the buyer.
