Dodgers Host Annual 'Bark In The Park' Promotion
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The Los Angeles Dodgers Saturday will host the first of two Natural Balance "Bark in the Park" promotions during their game against the Miami Marlins.
A Pup Rally is slated to begin at 4:10 p.m. in Parking Lot G between the right- and left-field pavilions.
That's where fans who purchased a special event ticket in the Coca-Cola All-You-Can-Eat Right Field Pavilion can check in and receive a goodie bag.
The rally will include a demonstration by Tillman, a skateboarding bulldog, that was a contestant on the CBS series "Greatest American Dog."
A host of contests are also planned, including "dogs that look most like Tillman."
A portion of the "Bark in the Park" proceeds are expected to go to the Society of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, Los Angeles.
A second "Bark in the Park" promotion is scheduled for September 28.
