Deputy Injured After Patrol Car Crashes Into Another Vehicle
EAST LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — A sheriff's deputy was injured Monday after his or her patrol car crashed into another vehicle in East Los Angeles.
Sky2's Kevin Takumi reported the incident happened around 4:30 p.m. in the intersection of Whittier and Eastern alongside the 710 Freeway.
The deputy was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
The other driver wasn't taken to the hospital.
An investigation is underway.
