Man Killed, 2 Hospitalized Following Shooting In Watts
WATTS (CBSLA.com) — Homicide detectives Thursday searched for a gunman who fatally shot a man and wounded two other people in Watts.
According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, deputies were sent just before 1 a.m. to the 1300 block of East Imperial Highway to investigate the shooting incident.
Upon their arrival, paramedics transported an adult man and woman to a hospital in unknown condition.
A second man was pronounced dead at the scene. His identity is being withheld pending family notification.
No suspect description has been provided at this time.
The motive for the shooting remains under investigation.
