Dead Newborn Girl Found In Trash Bag In San Bernardino
SAN BERNARDINO (AP) — Police say the body of a newborn baby girl has been found in a trash bag in an alley in Southern California.

San Bernardino police spokesman Jarrod Burguan says a woman cleaning the alley Saturday found the bag with the infant's remains inside.
Police say the baby appeared to weigh about five pounds, had black hair and had its umbilical cord still attached.
Investigators could not immediately determine if the baby died before or after birth.
Burguan says police and coroner's investigators are seeking the identity of the girl and her mother.
