DEA Agent Shoots Suspect During Narcotics Operation In Montebello
MONTEBELLO (CBSLA.com) — A U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration agent shot and injured a suspect at a Montebello home on Friday.
The incident happened during a joint narcotics enforcement operation around 1:45 p.m. in the 700 block of Carmelita Place, according to Deputy Jeff Gordon of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Headquarters Bureau.
The condition of the suspect is unknown.
No law enforcement officers were injured, Gordon said.
No other information was immediately available.
