David Reynoso, El Monte's Police Chief, Tests Positive For COVID-19
EL MONTE (CBSLA) — The police chief of El Monte, David Reynoso, has tested positive for COVID-19.
The El Monte City Manager says several officers were infected as well.
She also said the police chief donated blood before he tested positive. She believes the Red Cross disposed of that blood.
