David Beckham Gets Flak For Letting 4-Year-Old Daughter Use Pacifier
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Soccer star David Beckham is under scrutiny after a photo surfaced online of his 4-year-old daughter using a pacifier.
Critics on social media said she was too old for a pacifier and that she could end up with speech or dental issues. The Daily Mail newspaper also took a stand on the issue.
The soccer star fired back on Instagram saying, "Why do people feel they have the right to criticize a parent about their own children without having any facts?"
Beckham says when your child isn't feeling well you do whatever it takes to make them feel better. In this case, he says, it was a pacifier.
