Crews Battle Fire At Pallet Yard In Pomona
POMONA (CBSLA.com) — Crews battled a fire Thursday in a Pomona pallet yard, prompting police to close the 1200 block of Ninth Street.
The blaze was reported at 4:37 p.m. and firefighters were on scene four minutes later, according to a Los Angeles County Fire Department dispatcher.
Ninth Street was closed between Reservoir Street and East End Avenue.
The fire was knocked down shortly around 5:30 p.m., according to a dispatcher.
No one was injured in the blaze.
No word yet on how the fire got started.
