CYPRESS (CBSLA.com) — The Orange County coroner Sunday identified the man found dead inside a Cypress home after a fire was extinguished.

Taylor was involved in a brief standoff with Cypress police after they answered a call about a suspicious and shirtless man throwing a large butcher-style knife in a park.
When police arrived to the scene, witnesses said Taylor fled.
He broke into a home and before police could get him out, witnesses said flames broke out at in the home -- located in the 11000 block of Panay Street -- just after 7:35 a.m.
The home's residents are reportedly vacationing in Europe, according to neighbors.
