Coroner Identifies 21-Year-Old Woman Found Dead Near Cemetery
EAST LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — The Corner's office identified a 21-year-old woman found dead near a cemetery in East Los Angeles.
The woman was identified as LA resident Kassandra Lizette Ochoa.
Her body was found Saturday around 1 a.m. on the 400 block of South Sydney Drive, between the 710 Freeway and New Calvary Cemetery, according to LA County Sheriff's Deputy Crystal Hernandez.
Ochoa's death is being investigated as a homicide.
The suspected cause of death was not immediately released, Hernandez said.
The coroner's office has reportedly yet to determine an exact cause of death.
