Commercial Building In Mid-City Partially Collapses During Large Fire
MID-CITY (CBSLA.com) — A one-story business partially collapsed Wednesday during a huge fire in the Mid-City area.
The fire was reported in the 4100 block of Jefferson Boulevard, just west of Crenshaw Boulevard.
More than 120 firefighters battled the blaze for nearly an hour, according to Brian Humphrey of the Los Angeles Fire Department.
No injuries were reported.
The exact nature of the building -- believed to be a business of some type -- was not immediately known.
