Officials: Clippers' Willie Reed Arrested On Domestic Violence Charge

MIAMI (CBSLA.com) — Authorities say Willie Reed of the Los Angeles Clippers has been arrested on suspicion of battery in an alleged domestic violence incident.

Reed signed with the Clippers just last month and most recently played with the Miami Heat.

The second-year player was booked overnight Sunday in Miami, and was expected to appear in court later in the day, according to the Associated Press.

Reed finalized his contract with the Clippers last week, the wire service reported.
