Clayton Kershaw To Make Rehab Start With Rancho Cucamonga Quakes Friday
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) - Dodger ace Clayton Kershaw is getting close to return as he'll make a rehab start Friday with the Class-A affiliate Rancho Cucamonga Quakes.
Kershaw, who has been sidelined for all of April, was put on the disabled list on March 29 with a back injury.
The mulch-millionaire pitcher posted a win in the season opener in Australia against the Arizona Diamondbacks, collecting the win with 7 strike outs.
If the rehab starts goes well, expect for Kershawto move back into the Dodgers starting rotation in early May.
