NEW YORK (AP) -- Chris Paul is in uniform but won't start for the Los Angeles Clippers against the New York Knicks because of a mild left groin strain.

Eric Bledsoe was starting in the backcourt alongside Randy Foye for the Clippers, who went into the game tied with Memphis for fourth place in the Western Conference.
