Chick-fil-A Tops Customer Satisfaction Survey
LOS ANGELES (CBSLA.com) — Fast-food giant Chick-fil-A has the most satisfied customers in the nation, a recent poll found.
The Georgia-based company is the highest-ranking chain in the country, according to a new customer satisfaction survey.
The report was released Tuesday by the American Customer Satisfaction Index.
Papa John's came in at a distant second though it remains the most satisfying chain among pizza makers.
Chick-fil-A has locations in 43 states and made more than $6 billion in sales.
