When you update your home what two rooms would you update that really add value to your home?
Kitchen and master bathroom
Do you expect housing to ever climb back where it left off?
Absolutely, if you look at the history of prices over the last century you will always see prices go up.
Is this a good market for buyers?
Yes, as long as you buy for a good price. Buyers just need to understand that they might get into a bidding war because supply is low and demand is high
Where do you see the SoCal luxury market going this year?
It is going up and we are seeing a record number of high-end sales. Buyers are having their agents look for properties off the market as there is limited supply
When is the best time of the year to move?
4th quarter because most buyers are looking to plan vacations so you'll have less competition and sellers are motivated if they have properties on the market otherwise they take it off and put it back on in the new year.
