Car Hits Westchester Light Pole, 2 Killed
WESTCHESTER (CBSLA.com) — Two men were killed Friday morning when their car struck a light pole in Westchester.
The accident happened at 2:25 a.m. at the intersection of Sepulveda Boulevard and Green Valley Circle, the Los Angeles Police Department said.
Police believe the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control and hit the concrete light pole. The vehicle then collided with another pole and ultimately split in half.
The two occupants, described only as young men, died at the scene.
