Woman Hospitalized After Crashing Car In Pomona
POMONA (CBSLA.com) — A woman was hospitalized Thursday for treatment of injuries sustained in a traffic collision that occurred in Pomona.
The crash unfolded just after 2:30 a.m. in the area of West Mission Boulevard and West Temple Avenue, according to the Pomona Police Department.
Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics transported the woman to a hospital in critical condition for treatment of severe burns.
An update on her condition was not immediately available.
Mission Boulevard will remain closed between Humane Avenue and Temple Boulevard until further notice.
No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
