Camp Pendleton Marine Jailed After Wife Of Deployed Marine Goes Missing
SAN DIEGO (CBS) — A Camp Pendleton Marine was behind bars on Tuesday amid an investigation into the disappearance of the wife of a fellow Marine deployed overseas.
KNX 1070's Tom Reopelle reports 22-year-old Brittany Kilgore was last seen on Friday in the company of Staff Sgt. Louis Ray Perez in Fallbrook.

Kilgore's cell phone was found in the Gaslamp District, but San Diego County Sheriff's Homicide Lt. Larry Nesbitt believes she never actually traveled to San Diego and may have been a victim of foul play.
"The fact that the person we believe was last in contact with her, Mr. Perez, was uncooperative and less than forthcoming in his interview," said Nesbitt.
Perez, 45, was booked into the San Diego Central Jail on unrelated charges of possessing a stolen AR-15 assault rifle.
Kilgore had filed for divorce last week from her Marine husband of two years who is currently serving in Afghanistan. Her husband is reportedly on his way back to the U.S.
