California Job Growth Remains Sluggish
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — California's job growth has been slow, but steady.
Unemployment numbers in February 2012 are at 10.9 percent, down from 12 percent during February of last year.
However, those numbers mean there are still officially more than 2 million people out of work in the state, and competition for jobs is high.
"I consider myself a really good worker, and you can't even, you don't even get called back by McDonald's," one job seeker told KNX 1070's John Brooks.
