Britney Spears Sued For Sexual Harassment
VAN NUYS (CBS 2) — Britney Spears' former bodyguard is accusing the pop princess of being a bit chaotic, outrageous and for wanting him to "gimme more."
Spears was sued Wednesday by the former bodyguard who alleges the pop star sexually harassed him and caused him emotional distress. Fernando Flores is seeking unspecified compensatory and punitive damages, according to his lawsuit, which was filed in Van Nuys Superior Court.
Spears' publicist, Holly Shakoor, did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
Flores, 29, alleges Spears exposed herself to him and made unwanted sexual advances while he was employed by her in early 2009. Flores said Spears once chided him about her advances, saying, "You know you liked it," according to his court papers.
While on an outing to see "Alice in Wonderland," Spears allegedly became so angry with Flores when he said theater managers told him it would take 15 minutes to get her a Slurpee that she threatened to fire him.
Flores also claims Spears abused her two young children often and that she used his belt to hit her son Sean Preston.
The suit also alleges that Spears once fed Sean Preston and brother Jayden James crabmeat, even though she knew they were allergic to fish. Both boys began throwing up and Spears prevented anyone from seeking medical help, the suit alleges.
