Boy, 17, Shot To Death After Fight With 2 Men In Compton
COMPTON (AP) — Los Angeles County authorities say a 17-year-old boy was shot to death during a fight with two men in Compton.
Sheriff's Deputy Kelvin Moody says the men ran from the area following the shooting late Sunday in a residential neighborhood.
Coroner's Assistant Chief Ed Winter says 17-year-old Jeremiah Dunn died at the scene.
Moody says the teen victim fought with the men and one of them pulled out a gun and opened fire.
Dunn was struck multiple times in the upper torso.
Investigators have not released descriptions of the suspects.
