Bipolar, Schizophrenic Devore Man, 50, Reported Missing
SAN BERNARDINO (CBS) — Authorities sought the public's help Tuesday in finding a missing Devore man who suffers from bipolar disorder and schizophrenia.
Steve Frank Vullo, 50, was reported missing by a family member after he was last seen on March 28 after he reportedly went for a walk from his home, according to the San Bernarndino County Sheriff's Department.
Vullo — who had recently stopped taking his medication — has wandered away from his home previously and was found within days at a homeless shelter in San Bernardino.
He had no money or credit cards in his possession and has not been seen or heard from since, authorities said.
Vullo is described as a 50-year-old white male, 5'7" tall and weighing 160 lbs., with brown hair and green eyes. He has an 18-inch scar on his right leg and was last seen wearing a gray jacket, blue jeans and a red t-shirt with the word "Hurricanes" on it.
