Big Rig Driver Loses Control, Spills Load Of Milk On Glendale Freeway
GLENDALE (CBSLA.com) — The driver of a big rig lost control of the vehicle early Wednesday morning and crashed, spilling its load of milk in Glendale, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident happened around 3:30 a.m. at the transition road from State Route 2 to the eastbound 134 Freeway.

The truck went through the guard rail and rolled down an embankment, coming to a stop in the 5000 block of Eagledale Drive near a homeless encampment.
The 52,000 pounds of spilled milk drained into nearby storm drains.
The CHP issued a Sig Alert around 3:40 a.m.
The driver suffered minor injuries and was transported to Glendale Memorial Hospital for treatment. No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
