Bicyclist Killed In Anaheim Hit-And-Run
ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com) — A bicyclist was killed Wednesday in a hit-and-run accident in Orange County.
The accident happened around 5:40 a.m. at the intersection of N. Lemon Street and Orangethorpe Avenue, Anaheim police said.
The crash that killed 19-year-old Manuel Morales involved at least two vehicles, but Jose Morales, the victim's uncle, told KNX1070's Ron Kilgore the first hit wasn't fatal.
"He wasn't dead until somebody else him, but the first one who hit him, he left," Jose said.

The first vehicle reportedly hit Morales, dragging his about 20 feet, before fleeing the scene.
"We have no information about that vehicle so where asking anyone in the area around twenty minutes to six to call police," Sgt. Bob Dunn told KNX1070.
A second vehicle also hit the victim.
"The driver of the vehicle actually stopped, waited for us to arrive. At this point it doesn't appear alcohol was a factor in his particular case," Sgt. Dunn said.
Additional details were not released.
