Bicyclist Killed By Hit-And-Run Driver Near Compton
COMPTON (CBS) — Authorities are searching for the driver who hit and killed a bicyclist near Compton Tuesday night.
A 50-year-old man was struck by a black BMW at the intersection of Avalon and Redondo Beach boulevards just after 9 p.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Investigators say the driver never stopped.
Witnesses told authorities they weren't sure if the cyclist or the driver had a green light.
