Beverly Hills Streets Named 2nd And 3rd Most Expensive In America
BEVERLY HILLS (CBSLA.com) — They don't have the name recognition of Rodeo Drive, but two adjoining Beverly Hills streets have been named the second and third most expensive streets to live on in the United States, according to Zillow analysis.
Beverly Park Circle, deep within Beverly Park, known to luxury real estate agents as the most exclusive gated community in Los Angeles, has a median home value of $16,489,565, while Beverly Park Terrace – which connects to Beverly Park Circle in a loop – boasts a median home value of $15,813,337, according to Zillow.
Based on Zillow's analysis of streets with at least 10 homes, the most expensive street in America, Indian Creek Island Road in Florida, easily beat Beverly Hills for the honor with a median home value of $21.48 million.
According to Zillow's ranking, the majority of the country's priciest streets were in Florida, California and Connecticut.
