Beverly Hills Sergeant Suing Department Again Over Whitney Houston Death Investigation
BEVERLY HILLS (CBSLA.com) — A Beverly Hills sergeant who sued the department over Whitney Houston's death has filed another lawsuit.
Brian Weir says he's being harassed because of his first suit, where he claimed he was denied promotions for reporting alleged misconduct by a detective.
He claimed that detective moved a sheet covering Houston's body and made crude remarks about her.
Houston died inside the Beverly Hilton in 2011.
