Best Stops Along Melrose Place
On the stretch of street known as Melrose Place, there's not a fictitious apartment complex filled with beautiful people with big nighttime soap problems anywhere in sight. What does fill the shady, tree-lined street are some of the swankiest high-end fashion and design boutiques. This is the place where, from Orlando Avenue to La Cienega, you will find Alexander McQueen then pass Carolina Herrera, Oscar de La Renta and Marni on the way to try on wedding dresses at Monique Lhuilier. On Sunday morning the street is closed to traffic to make way for a weekly farmers market of local produce, flowers, prepared foods and pastries.

The new Equipment store on Melrose Place is painted shades of charcoal grey creating a perfect backdrop for the vibrant colors of the gorgeous menswear-inspired tailored silk shirts the company has become known for.
