There is no need to look at the menu because your chef will prepare fresh sushi dishes for you, from their daily specials to off-menu items. Omakase is perfect for sushi lovers who are more adventurous and want to try new things. Chefs will continue to offer you food until you tell them to stop. Dining omakase-style can get a bit pricey but all of these places are definitely worth the expense for their freshness, quality and service.
