Known as one of the new hot spots in OC, Central Bar is where to be to mingle and sip on a variety of craft cocktails, wine and beer. Some of the special creations offered include a Black Manhattan with Amaro Lucano caviar, a Holy Choco Mole with "mezcal, creme de cacao, mole bitters, Angostura bitters and nutmeg" and an Espresso Yourself with "Cacao rum, bourbon, coffee-infused vermouth, Amaro CioCiaro, chocolate bitters and espresso marshmallow."
