Made from a recipe from the owner's great grandmother, who was the original baker of the pies when they opened in l947, the apple pie at The Apple Pan today is about as close to the original as it can be. Never straying from her recipe, the apples in the pie are always Northern Spy or Pippins and the pies are baked fresh every day.
