Beresford-Redman Will Return To Mexico To Stand Trial In His Wife's Death
LOS ANGELES (CBS) — Bruce Beresford-Redman will finally be extradited to Mexico to face charges in his wife's 2010 death.
A federal judge has upheld his extradition, saying there are "pages upon pages of competent evidence" that implicate him in the death of Monica Beresford-Redman.
Beresford-Redman, a former "Survivor" producer, was arrested at the couple's Rancho Palos Verdes home seven months after her body was found in a sewer at a Cancun resort.
He has been in custody on a fugitive warrant since last month. If convicted, he faces 12 to 30 years in a Mexican prison.
