Beloved Comedic Actor Fred Willard Dies At Age 86

LOS ANGELES (CBSLA) — Beloved actor Fred Willard has died at the age of 86, according to published reports.

Willard died of natural causes, Glenn Schwartz, his representative, confirmed to Rolling Stone.

Willard's daughter, Hope Mulbarger, told the Associated Press in a statement that her father died peacefully Friday night. The statement read in part:

"He kept moving, working and making us happy until the very end," Mulbarger said. "We loved him so very much! We will miss him forever."

Willard was known for his roles on "Everybody Loves Raymond," "Modern Family," among many others, including "This Is Spinal Tap," "Best In Show" and "Anchorman."
