Backstreet Boys Receive Star On Hollywood Walk Of Fame
HOLLYWOOD (CBSLA.com) — The Backstreet Boys received the 2,485th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Monday.
The star, located near the Live Nation building in the 7000 block of Hollywood Boulevard, was dedicated to the boy band in an 11:30 a.m ceremony filled with fans.
The group, made up of members A.J. McLean, Brian Littrell, Howie Dorough, Kevin Richardson and Nick Carter, is the best-selling boy band in history with more than 130 million albums sold worldwide since they formed in 1993.
The Backstreet Boys have had seven consecutive albums reach the top 10 of the Billboard Top 200.
