This Man Was Wide Awake During Hours-Long Brain Surgery
BANGALORE, India (CBSLA.com) — A musician in India was wide awake during recent a brain surgery.
Doctors encouraged Abhishek Prasad to play his guitar as they burnt a circuit in his brain.
The surgery was to correct painful, cramping fingers.
It took four hours, and and was a success.
Prasad says the pain is now gone.
