Authorities Looking For Possible Suspect In South Gate Murder
SOUTH GATE (CBS) — Investigators are asking for the public's help in indentifying a person of interest in the murder of a Hispanic man.
The body of a Hispanic man was found on a South Gate bicycle path on July 30 around 1:30 a.m., according to the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department.
A man, depicted in a sketch released by the sheriff's department, was seen leaving the area driving a 1999 or newer Chevy Blazer or GMC Yukon that was a light metallic color.
The suspect is described as a man in his late 30s to early 40s, 5 feet 8 inches with a stocky build. The man also has short black hair and a mustache.
