Authorities Identify Man Killed Outside Bar In San Bernardino

SAN BERNARDINO (CBSLA.com) — Authorities identified a 35-year-old man Monday who was fatally shot outside of a bar in San Bernardino.

Just before 10 p.m. on Sunday, officers were sent to the 1900 block of West Rialto Avenue for report of a shooting.

Upon their arrival, police located a victim who sustained multiple gunshot wounds.

Paramedics pronounced the victim, Adrian Martinez Cardona of Redlands, dead at the scene.

According to witnesses, a form of argument took place inside of the bar, which resulted in Cardona being asked to leave. Cardona stood near his vehicle when he was shot.

At this time, no suspect description is available.

Authorities said Cardona was the father of the children left behind by their mother, Anna Santana, who was killed when ice collapsed on top of her in Washington state.
