You can describe her style as a mix of California cool and sophisticated chic with a dash of feminine details. She has been designing for four seasons at TAVIK. She brings fresh ideas and concepts to the brand and shares her predictions for the summer trends to look for in 2016.

Beach To Street Style

Living in Orange County, you can be at the beach all day and end up grabbing drinks at a rooftop bar by sunset. Make sure to always pack dresses, bottoms and shear tops that can be layered with your swimsuit. TAVIK's Antic Dress in black is great for a day to night look because of the removable slip! You can wear it sheer over a bikini during the day and layer it with the slip for a night look. Another big look this season is a one-piece swimsuit that looks like a body suit and can be worn with a pair of denim pants, shorts or a skirt. TAVIK's lace-up Monahan swimsuit can easily be worn with a pair of cut-offs or on its own.

Hats

Hats not only protect your face in the hot summer sun, but just about everyone looks great in one. You can also get away with wearing minimal makeup. Classic straw hats are easy to find, not too expensive and are a great addition to your beach to street look. If you're looking for a dressier and more structured hat, try Janessa Leone Hats. Her styles are timeless and will last for years! Order them online or find them in-store in Orange County boutiques like Bardot and Jolie.

White Sneakers

White sneakers are the perfect summer shoe. They are versatile and extremely comfortable. The '90s is making a comeback right now, and the white sneaker trend is a look everyone can easily pick up on. Pair them with a printed cotton dress for a casual look or dress them up with a pair of dark denim and a leather jacket. Classic Stan Smiths and all white leather Converse are easy to find and also affordable.

Delicate Gold Jewelry

Adding delicate gold jewelry can make any outfit look more put together and a little more feminine. Wear two to three necklaces that are different lengths. Pair small gold stud earrings when wearing necklaces. Look for sets of dainty gold rings that include different sizes – layer rings on both hands. LUV AJ jewelry is a local Southern California designer who has endless designs, from necklaces to body chains to hand pieces and rings. Avoid spending money on overpriced costume jewelry and invest in a couple quality pieces you will love.

Statement Sunglasses

Bold sunnies can take your look to another level. Clear frames and colored lenses are huge right now. Have fun and pick an unexpected combo that adds a fun pop of color to a monochromatic outfit. Gold frames are great when you want a more premium look; Indio Sunglasses by Wonderland Sun in gold are a modernized version of classic aviators.
