Anaheim Police Looking For Hit-And-Run Driver Who Seriously Injured Pedestrian
ANAHEIM (CBS) — Anaheim police Thursday were looking for a hit-and-run driver who sent a male pedestrian to a hospital in serious condition.
The 45-year-old victim was walking across the southbound lanes in the 2100 block of South Harbor Boulevard, near Orangewood Avenue, just before 2 a.m., Wednesday when he was struck by a Toyota pickup truck, Anaheim police Sgt. Bob Dunn said.
The driver kept going and police were calling on witnesses to step forward to help with the investigation, Dunn said. The collision was serious enough to have left front-end damage to the truck, Dunn said.
Anyone who saw the collision was asked to call police at (714) 765-1860.
