Porn Legend Jenna Jameson Charged With Drunken Driving
WESTMINSTER (CBS) — Former adult film actress Jenna Jameson was charged Monday with drunken driving after she reportedly drove her SUV into a pole in Orange County, according to several reports.
Jameson, whose legal name is Jenna Marie Massoli, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 percent or more and driving without a valid driver's license -- all misdemeanors, according to court records.
TMZ.com reported that Jenna's alcohol level was higher than .13 and that she had two prescription drugs in her system at the time of her arrest -- zolpidem (Ambien) and buprenorphine (Suboxone).
The 38-year-old's attorney, John Marshall Kremer, said Jameson did not want to comment.
Jameson was arrested May 25 after she allegedly crashed the car she was driving into a light pole. She is scheduled to be arraigned July 25.
