Actor Cory Hardrict Takes KCAL9 Behind The Scenes Of 'American Sniper'

STUDIO CITY (CBSLA.com) — Actor Cory Hardrict visited the KCAL9 studios Monday to talk about his latest movie, Oscar-nominated "American Sniper", which hit theaters nationwide last Friday.

Hardict was hand-selected by director Clint Eastwood to play opposite Bradley Cooper in the war drama. This is his second film with the Oscar-winning director as the pair previously worked together in "Gran Torino".

The film follows the story of Navy SEAL Chris Kyle, played by Cooper, as the deadliest sniper in American history. Kyle served four tours in Iraq and has more than 160 confirmed kills.
