91 Freeway Connector Shut Down After Gravel Spill
ANAHEIM (CBSLA.com) — A gravel spill on the Riverside (91) Freeway left all but one lane shut down in Anaheim on Monday.
Connecting lanes were closed along the westbound 91 Freeway at the Orange (57) Freeway after a crash involving a dump truck spilled gravel all over the freeway, according to California Highway Patrol.
There were no immediate reports of damage or injuries.
A Sigalert was issued for both the westbound 91 at the 57 freeways and the westbound-to-northbound 57 transition.
Three vehicles in all were involved in the crash, Metro officials said.
